User Guide

Activate your account

  1. Open the Activate your account email.
  2. Press Activate account, you are then redirected to the Set passphrase page.
  3. Review the Terms of service and Privacy policy of the IRLport service.
  4. Enter a strong passphrase.
  5. Re-enter the passphrase to confirm.
  6. Press Set, you are then redirected to the Sign in page, and an Activation complete email is sent to your email address.

Sign in page

Before you can sign in, your must Activate your account.
A link to the Sign in page is available in the Activation complete email.
Read more about the IRLport service, by pressing the top right Information-icon.

  1. Go to the Sign in page.
  2. Enter your email address and passphrase.
  3. Press Sign in, you are then redirected to the Home page.

Reset passphrase

You need an Active account to be able to reset the passphrase.

  1. On the Sign in page, press Forgot passphrase?
  2. Enter your email address and press Send.
  3. Open the Reset your account passphrase email.
  4. Pres Reset passphrase, you are then redirected to the Set passphrase page.
  5. Enter a new strong passphrase.
  6. Re-enter the passphrase to confirm.
  7. Press Set, you are then redirected to the Sign in page.

Home page

Your name, organisation, account type and email address are visible on the business card.
Statistics for the organisation are visible on the Home page.
The statistics for Total object lookups are updated every 10 minutes.
Your name, organisation and account type are always available, by pressing the top right User-icon.

Logout

  1. Press the top right User-Icon.
  2. Press Logout, you are then redirected the Sign in page.

Access the IRLport service

  1. Press the top left Menu-Icon.
  2. Select the page you want to access.

Organisation page

If you need an update of organisation name or ID? Contact an IRLport manager.

Edit contact information

Contact information (name and email address) relates to the administrative contact within your organisation and is not necessary a user of the IRLport service as such.

  1. Edit the contact name (first and last name) and/or email address.
  2. Press Save.

Upload organisation logotype

Please read the logotype format requirements carefully.

  1. Press the Additional information expander.
  2. Press the logotype placeholder and select a logotype.
  3. Press Save.

Replace organisation logotype

Please read the logotype format requirements carefully.

  1. Press the Additional information expander.
  2. Press the logotype placeholder and select a new logotype.
  3. Press Save.

Delete organisation logotype

  1. Press the Additional information expander.
  2. Delete the logotype by pressing the Delete-icon in the logotype placeholder.
  3. Press Save.

Users page

New user

All organisation users are of the same account type, Organisation manager.
An Activate your account email will be sent to the new user.

  1. Select New.
  2. Enter name (first and last name) and email address of the new user.
  3. Press Save.

Edit user

Some or all information can be edited during the process. Below instructions describes editing of all information.
Please inform the relevant user if the user information is updated.

  1. Select the user to be edited.
  2. Edit name (first and last name) and/or email address of the user.
  3. Use the slider to inactivate/activate the user.
  4. Press Save.

Object types page

All objects must be related to an object type.

New object type

  1. Select New.
  2. Enter name of the new object type.
  3. Press Save.

Edit object type

  1. Select the object type to be edited.
  2. Edit name of the object type.
  3. Press Save.

Object management page

A parent is the closest object up in the hierarchy. The top parent is the organisation.
Use the arrow buttons (down and up) to navigate through the object hierarchy.
The list box at the top can be used for both hierarchy overview and navigation.

Edit object

Some or all information can be edited during the process. Below instructions describes editing of all information.

  1. Select the object to be edited.
  2. Edit name of the object.
  3. Select new type of the object.
  4. Select new parent of the object.

A parent is the closest object up in the hierarchy. The top parent is the organisation.
Use the arrow buttons (down and up) to navigate and to find the parent to be selected.
The list box in the top can be used for both hierarchy overview and navigation.
All related children and sub-children of the object, will be transferred during the process.

  1. Press the image placeholder and select a new image of the object.

Read the image format requirements carefully.
Upload images in the same order of appearance on the public object page.
Max. limit of 3 images / object.
Delete an image by pressing the Delete-icon in the image placeholder.

  1. Press the Additional information expander.
  2. Edit ID of the object.
  3. Edit or delete internal note of the object.

Max. limit of 255 characters.
Delete the note by pressing the Delete-icon in the note form field.

  1. Edit or delete information URL of the object.

Test the URL by pressing the icon. The URL will be opened in a new tab.

  1. Edit or delete dashboard URL of the object.

Test the URL by pressing the icon. The URL will be opened in a new tab.

  1. Press Save.

New object

This function is only available during the object activation process.

  1. Object activation process initiated.
  2. Enter name of the object.
  3. Select type of the object.
  4. Select parent of the object.

  1. Press the image placeholder and select an image of the object.

Contact your supervisor to ensure that the correct email address was used during the invitation process. Please also check the spam-folder in your email client.

You can have up to 10 levels in your object hierarchy structure, including the top parent (your organisation).

Object URLs

An Object URL is a globally unique URL that is connected to an object in the IRLport service. The format of the Object URL is https://via.lequinox.com/r?p=xxxxxxxxxxxx.

The QR-code is created based on the unique Object URL. Any QR-code generator can be used to create the QR-codes.

Order and delivery

Object URLs are ordered in batches. Available quantity per batch is 100-1000 pcs. Using the purchase order form, you can order several batches in the same order.

The Object URLs will be delivered as a CSV-file by email to the organisation’s contact person.

QR-code labels

The QR-code is created based on the unique Object URL. Any QR-code generator can be used to create the QR-codes.

QR-code label recommendations

The labels can have different sizes and designs including organisations logotype, instructions, borders and more.

We strongly recommend the following for the QR-code area on the labels for a superior user experience scanning the QR-code with a device:

  • Minimum size: 10 x 10 mm
  • QR-code color: Black
  • QR-code background color: White
