Privacy Policy
IRLport as a Service
You have been invited as a user (‘the User’) to IRLport (‘the Service’) by IRLport (‘the Provider’) or your organisation (‘the Organisation’) under this privacy policy (‘the Privacy policy’).
1. Data Collection
Information actively submitted by the User for contact and information purposes will be retained by the Service and used as specified in section 2 below.
2. Use of data
Name, email and other contact data that the User actively submits through the Service may be used by the Provider and/or Organisation to contact the User with information relating to the Service. All personal data is stored in a secure manner and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Transfer of data to third parties
The Provider might transfer IP-number and technical information about the User’s browser and operative system to third parties, such as web analytics tools, but as far as possible the Provider will make such data anonymous before transfer. Other personal data will not be disclosed to any third party unless the User has agreed to this or if the Provider and/or Organisation are obliged by law to do so. The Provider might also use third party service providers for hosting the Service, in which case we will ensure that the data is handled in accordance with this Privacy policy.
4. Changes in business ownership and control
The Provider may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by users will, where it is relevant to any division, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy policy, be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was supplied by the User.
5. Use of cookies
The Service uses only an authentication cookie and is stored on the unit that the User is using to access the Service. The authentication cookie is mandatory and essential for the Service. Without the authentication cookie, the User would need to sign in separately on each section/page when accessing the Service.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Provider reserves the right to change the Privacy policy as the Provider may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be available through the Service, and the User are deemed to have accepted the Privacy policy on the first use of the Service following the alterations.
7. Controlling user data
The Provider does not use any of the Users data for marketing purposes other than as set out in section 3.
